Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Sanam AI Premium subscriptions and coin purchases. All payments are processed by Google Play.

1. Subscriptions

  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel.
  • To cancel: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, choose Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Sanam AI and tap Cancel. Deleting the app or your Sanam AI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
  • After you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires.

2. Coins

Coins are delivered to your account as soon as the purchase is confirmed. Because coins are digital goods that are available at once, purchases of coins are final and non-refundable once the coins have been delivered or used, except as set out below or where the law requires.

3. When you can get a refund

  • Charged but not delivered: you paid but did not receive the coins or Premium.
  • Charged twice for the same purchase.
  • Unauthorised purchase: a purchase made without your permission.
  • A serious fault on our side that stopped you using what you paid for and that we could not fix.

4. How to ask for a refund

  1. Within 48 hours of purchase: request it directly from Google Play at play.google.com/store/account under Order history, using "Report a problem".
  2. After 48 hours, or if Google Play declines: write to support@sanamai.online from your account email with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA), the date and the reason.

We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned through Google Play to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the coins or Premium access from that purchase are removed.

5. Accounts closed for breaking the rules

If an account is closed for breaking our Terms of Service, purchases on it are not refunded, except where the law requires.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
